The Booloominbah Collection offers a delicious range of catering for as little as 5 to 1,000 or more guests delivered to your venue within the University’s academic or residential area. Ranging from homemade cakes, biscuits, muffins, freshly prepared sandwiches, gourmet platters right up to full buffets.

We specialise in:

  • Morning and afternoon teas
  • Business or light lunches
  • BBQ’s (Cook your own or we can cook for you)
  • Cocktail receptions, farewells, birthday treats or other special events
  • Satisfying a wide range of dietary and cultural preferences and
  • Ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation is maintained at all times.

Our catering staff are happy to work with you to ensure we meet your requirements and provide you with choices to match the style and pace of your function. We have all the necessary other requirements you may need including glasses, crockery, urns etc).

How To Order

To place an order please:-

  1. Fill in the Catering Request Form below
  2. Save it
  3. Email it to The Booloominbah Collection venues@services.une.edu.au.

  • Sweets Platter - An assortment of Cakes and Slices, Petite Muffins, Danishes, Scones and Lamington.
  • Fruit Platter - Fresh Sliced Seasonal Fruit garnished with mixed dried Fruit.
  • Double Dip - Freshly cut vegetable crudites served with two savory dips.
  • Continental Platter - Australian cheddar, pickled vegetables, cherry tomatoes, Kalamatta olives, salami kabana with creamy dips and biscuits.
  • Deluxe Cheese Board - Chef's selection of cheeses with mixed dried fruits, gourmet nuts, fresh seasonal fruits with a selection of biscuits.
  • Gournet Antipasto Platter - A selection of cheese, char grilled mushrooms, olives, semi dried tomatoes, continental meats, salmon rosettes, smoked chicken, cherry tomatoes and toasted baguettes.
  • Sushi & Dolmades Platter - Sushi and Vietnamese rolls with Soya sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
