Whether you require a small and intimate venue for just 10, space for 300 for a formal dinner, or something in between, The Booloominbah Collection has the venue to meet your requirements.

The Booloominbah Collection, with its historic ambiance, is ideal for formal occasions of up to 100, or cocktails for up to 250. For larger events our Function Centre on campus is ideal. Our experienced staff will work with you to plan and organise a truly memorable celebration.

We can provide a full range of services such as catering, bar, DJ, dance floor & security, thus allowing you to relax and enjoy the evening.

Weddings

The Booloominbah Collection, with the warmth and elegance of the Brasserie and The Chancellery, is the ideal setting for the most perfect of weddings, whether it be small and intimate with close family and friends or a more formal wedding. The historic homestead's decor reflects the building's nineteenth century origin, with sweeping lawns and majestic trees adding to the magnificence of the venue.

Packages:

Cocktails with Style - Enjoy our chef's selection of deluxe hot and cold hors d'oeuvres with continuous service with our selected champagne, red and white wines, light and full strength beer as well as soft drink and juice. A minimum of 50 guests is required.
Simply Elegant - The Chancellery is the perfect stylish venue for the smaller intimate wedding of up to 32 guests. This package includes a three course meal chosen from our extensive wedding menu together with selected champagne, red and white wines, light and full strength beer, soft drink and juice.
Celebrate with Family and Friends - Romantic music, soft lights and great food – what more could you ask for? Commence by enjoying champagne and hors d'oeuvres on the balcony of our Functions Centre. Also included are selected red and white wines, beer, soft drink and fruit juice and a choice of a superb buffet or a three course dinner.
Sunshine and Roses - Be it formal or informal, a wedding ceremony on the sweeping lawns of Booloominbah ensures an unforgettable day of romance. The reception commences with pre-dinner drinks and hors d'oeuvres followed by a lavish buffet of New England cuisine, delectable desserts and drinks.
Classic Booloominbah - The warmth and charm of The Booloominbah Collection guarantees a wedding to remember. Begin with the popping of champagne corks whilst guests enjoy our chef's selection of hors d'oeuvres, followed by your choice of either an informal two course buffet or a three course meal.
Dream Wedding - This stylish package is a dream come true. Let our experienced staff ensure an unforgettable day. Before an exquisite three course meal created by our awarding winning chefs, enjoy champagne with hors d'oeuvres on arrival. This package also includes selected red and white wines, light and full strength beer, soft drink and fruit juice.
